Gluten free pierogi and food

Hi everyone! In a few days my friends and I will come to Kraków. One of my friends is celiac, so I’m looking for recommendations for places that serve gluten-free food…. ( I’ve already read some of the posts in this subreddit, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend places where we can try traditional Polish food in a gluten-free version) We’re especially looking for things like pierogi, zapiekanka, obwarzanek krakowski (the traditional pretzel), and pączki . Do you know of any places that offer these gluten-free? I know I’m asking for a lot, but I’d really love for my friend to have the full Kraków experience and be able to enjoy the traditional foods too.
