This may sound a bit petty but my biggest beef with "Web3" is the term itself. It's not the web! Blockchains may have their uses but you can't browse the web on them. Imagine if VP8 was called PDF3. I want to be mad about the presumption but it doesn't even make sense!

They have all seen major evolution but remain the foundation. Web3 doesn't have its own version of any of them, and doesn't work with the existing ones. Giving this term airtime is an insult to the actual Web.
