I think the most painful revelation to me, a Polish girl in England, was to discover on the day the Brexit vote came in that I was never welcome, wanted or needed in this country. The feeling of betrayal by the people I trusted for years was more painful than you imagine.

Just a polite reminder that discrimination and hate speech are STILL illegal in Brexit Britain and NOBODY who attacks me or others online or offline with xenophobic hatred is ANONYMOUS, can be easily tracked down and WILL bear LEGAL consequences of THEIR actions. Thank you.
