This is not a concession. These are Ukrainian crimes against Poles.

Opening the archives is a step in the right direction, but it is not enough. Ukraine must recognize the Volhynia genocide, apologize to the Polish victims, and erect monuments to the murdered Poles.

The Polish government is too soft on this issue.
