Need help with making an alternate universe

It's an alternate universe where Austria becomes fascist, declines anschllus, and blah blah, after taking over Germany and later conquering Czechoslovakia, makes a war from 1938 to 1946, and I wanted to make Silesia important in that conflict by making a Silesian uprising against the Austrians (who made a Holy Roman Empire). The uprising succeeds, and later Silesians go and help allies with things like conquering Saxony and things like that.
